1. Hangi bedenlerde kedi ve köpek kıyafetleri satıyorsunuz?

Kıyafetlerimiz XS, S, M, L, XL ve büyük ırklar için özel ölçülerde üretilmektedir. Ürün sayfasındaki beden tablosuna göre evcil dostunuzun ölçüsünü alarak en uygun bedeni seçebilirsiniz.

2. Toptan satış yapıyor musunuz?

Evet, toptan satışımız mevcuttur. Pet shop, butik ve e-ticaret satıcılarına özel toptan fiyatlar ve avantajlı paket seçenekleri sunuyoruz. Toptan fiyat listesi için bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

3. Kıyafet seçiminde doğru bedeni nasıl belirlerim?

Evcil dostunuzun göğüs çevresi, boyun çevresi ve sırt uzunluğu ölçülerek beden tablosu ile karşılaştırılmalıdır. Ölçü alırken mezuranın çok sıkı olmamasına dikkat edin.

4. Ürünleriniz hangi kumaşlardan üretilmektedir?

Kıyafetlerimiz pamuk, polar, penye, örme kumaş, su geçirmez softshell ve nefes alabilen teknik kumaşlardan üretilmektedir. Tüm kumaşlar evcil hayvan sağlığına uygun ve rahatlık sağlayan materyallerdir.

Evet. Kış için polar ve kalın kumaşlı mont modellerimiz, yaz için hafif ve nefes alabilen ince kumaşlı kıyafetlerimiz bulunmaktadır.

6. Ürünlerde değişim veya iade yapabiliyor muyum?

Kullanılmamış ve etiketi üzerinde olan ürünlerde teslimat sonrası 14 gün içinde değişim ve iade yapabilirsiniz. Kişiye özel tasarım ürünlerde iade kabul edilmemektedir.

7. Özel tasarım veya logo baskılı kıyafet yapıyor musunuz?

Evet. Pet shoplar, veteriner klinikleri ve sosyal medya hesaplarına özel logo baskılı veya özel ölçülerde üretim yapıyoruz.

8. Siparişler kargoya ne zaman veriliyor?

Stokta bulunan ürünler aynı gün veya ertesi iş günü, özel üretim ürünler ise 2–4 iş günü içerisinde kargoya verilmektedir.

9. Büyük ırk köpekler için uygun kıyafetler var mı?

Evet. Labrador, Golden, Husky, Rottweiler gibi büyük ırklar için geniş beden aralığında ürünlerimiz mevcuttur.

10. Kıyafetler yıkamaya uygun mu?
